Specialized Design Services
I deliver a comprehensive digital design package tailored to your specific layout:
| Service | What You Get | Benefit |
| Detailed Floor Plans | To-scale layouts with precise measurements. | Provides a clear roadmap for your contractor. |
| Wall Elevations | Vertical drawings of every wall and fixture. | Clear design intent for installers to use for final field measurements. |
| 3D Renderings | High-definition visual models of the space. | See your finished space and finalize the “look” before construction starts. |
| VR Experiences | Immersive virtual walkthroughs. | Feel the flow of the room in a digital environment. |
Disclaimer: All plans are for design intent. Final field measurements and structural verification are to be performed by the respective contractor, cabinet maker, or local licensed professional. Projects involving structural changes require a local Structural Engineer.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does remote kitchen and bath design work?
Since I work 100% remotely, we collaborate through email, video calls, and cloud folders. You (or your contractor) provide the initial room dimensions, and I transform them into professional-grade documents including floor plans, elevations and 3d views that you can use to get accurate quotes from local trades.
Do I still need a local contractor or cabinet maker?
Yes. My role is to provide the Technical Design Intent. Think of my plans as the “Design Vision.” Because I am not on-site, your local contractor or cabinet maker must use my plans to perform their own final field measurements and structural verifications before they begin building or ordering materials.
What is the difference between an Interior Designer and a Kitchen Specialist?
As an NCIDQ Registered Interior Designer, I am trained in layout standards, room function, and building codes. Unlike a decorator who focuses on surface aesthetics, I focus on the “bones” of the kitchen—ensuring the plumbing, electrical, and cabinetry layouts are functional and compliant before you even select paint colors.
Can I use your plans to get a building permit?
My plans are detailed technical drawings that many building departments accept for permitting. However, if your project involves moving load-bearing walls or any structural changes, a local Structural Engineer must review the design and provide stamped structural plans to meet your specific municipality’s requirements.
Why should I hire a designer if my cabinet company offers “free” design?
“Free” design from a cabinet shop is usually a sales tool tied to their specific inventory. By hiring an independent designer, you get an unbiased plan optimized for your lifestyle, not a salesperson’s quota. You own the plans and can take them to any cabinet maker or big-box store to compare pricing “apples-to-apples.”
What is “Virtual Reality” ?
I use the latest 3D technology to create a 360° digital environment of your new space. You can “walk through” the layout on your phone, tablet, or VR headset. This allows you to visualize the distance between the island and the stove or the height of the vanity before you commit to construction.
