3D Virtual Tours & Immersive Walkthroughs

Experience the Design Before It’s Built

Why Virtual Tours Are Valuable

Precision Spatial Modeling | Immersive Walkthroughs |

Static images show a single perspective. A 3D Virtual Tour allows you to understand the home design as a cohesive, navigable whole. By experiencing an immersive walkthrough of a precision-modeled environment, you move beyond “guessing” and start making informed decisions.

Why Immersive Walkthroughs Are Essential This level of spatial clarity supports better decisions before permits are finalized and construction begins. Through our virtual tours, you can:

  • Evaluate Layout & Circulation: Walk through the floor plan to feel the flow between rooms.

  • Review Sight Lines: Confirm what you will see from the kitchen island or the primary suite.

  • Study Lighting & Context: See how natural and artificial light interact with your material selections.

  • Confirm Proportions: Experience ceiling heights and room volumes in a true 1:1 digital scale.

  • Pre Construction Marketing:  Sell your project before it’s built

Who This Is For

3D walkthroughs are valuable for:

  • Homeowners – Visualize your custom build or renovation with total confidence.

  • Builders & Developers – Improve spatial coordination and communicate project intent to stakeholders. Pre construction Marketing

  • Designers & Architects – Design Development, Presentations & Marketing

Delivered Virtually

Walkthroughs are accessible online and mobile with no special equipment needed, allowing anyone to explore the space remotely and revisit it as the design develops.

Real Estate Style Virtual Tours

Immersive, fully rendered panoramic environments built from detailed 3D models.

Viewers can navigate the space and evaluate scale, materials, and layout in context.

Ideal for pre-construction review, client presentations, and property marketing.

Annilee's Background in Virtual Environments

I was one of the first designers working with real-time virtual spaces in the professional design community.

When interest in the metaverse (now called digital twins or virtual spaces) was just beginning, I was the first and only interior designer actively working in that space. I taught monthly courses for fellow designers on how to use virtual environments, and my work earned industry recognition concept showhouse. (MAD Awards)

Following that recognition, I was commissioned to create the first and only virtual showhouse of its kind, blending design, lighting, and real-time exploration within a fully modeled environment. The project demonstrated how immersive digital spaces can expand the way designers and brands present their work.

While the terminology has evolved, the foundation of that work continues to inform my process today: accurate spatial modeling strengthens understanding, supports better decisions, and improves communication across the project team.

The Metaverse World below was designed and built by Annilee Waterman.  It’s hosted on the Spatial.io platform.
