Timeline
Once the pricing is approved, we can set a start date for the project. The start date is determined based on the scope of the project an my existing commitments.
Typically, the turnaround time for a project is a maximum of 10 business days. To ensure a smooth workflow, I request to be kept informed about project schedules, deadlines, and presentation dates. This helps me align my schedule with the client’s needs and ensure they have everything required for their presentations.
File Sharing
All files are shared digitally using Google Drive, ensuring easy and organized access to all project materials.
If you or your company have an established system that you would like me join, I am happy to do so.
Communication
Communication is primarily conducted via email, allowing for clear and documented exchanges. When necessary, we can schedule meetings via Google Meets (or virtual meeting service of your choice) to discuss project details and progress.
Revisions
The ability to make changes and revisions during the rendering process is essential. I always account for initial revisions in my pricing estimate.
The first set of images that you receive will be a rough draft. This way you can check that I have understood the architecture, finishes and selections. At this point, you may want to make some changes based on seeing the finished room.
Since I work hourly, I do not limit revisions. Once the 3D modeling and renderings are set up, basic changes can be done quickly. Structural changes or major decor alterations may take more time.
Time Tracking
I track my time and tasks for each project and can provide this information upon request.
